Strategic Plan

Many thanks to all who attended our
Free Community Dinners that were held in the
Gymnasium at St. Bernard's Church on January 11, 2011
and at the Belmont Street Baptist Church on April 27, 2011.
We appreciate that you took the time to share your thoughts and
views on the neighborhood and the work of the CDC.
We will incorporate them into our strategic plan
and seek to address them in the programs that we design.

We would like to thank everyone that participated in Tuesday evening's community forum that was held at the Genesis Club.  We also thank the Genesis Club for their gracious hosting of this event.  There was an excellent turnout of concerned residents and community leaders that generated a great discussion on the priorities and concerns that people have for their neighborhood.  Many issues were raised and strategies shared throughout the evening.

Your ideas and suggestions will help the CDC to direct its programming and future initiatives.  We will continue this process with follow-up information and action on the items that can be addressed immediately.  Please contact us if you have any other questions, need any additional information or have any more concerns that weren't raised during the evening.  Thank you.
