If you are a homeowner within the CDC's NRSA boundaries and are in need of maintenance or repairs to your home, you might qualify for technical assistance and a grant of up to $2,500.00 to do the work.
There are income eligibility guidelines that must be met in order to qualify. If eligible, CDC staff will assist with oversight of the bidding and construction process. They also will process the necessary paperwork for the grant funding.
